SOLUTION: When a mail cannot be read since the user A is absent, a message showing the effect is registered in the storage part of a server 1 and ID of the user who can refer to the message is registered in the area of the user A in the server 1. When the user B transmits the urgent mail to the user A, the presence or absence of the message from the user A is inquired to the server 1. When ID of the user B exists in an access information storage part and the message of the user A exists in the message information storage part, the server 1 displays the message on the display screen of the user B in accordance with the inquiry from the user B.
