PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb a spike voltage generated in a power recovering coil and to transiently prevent a high voltage and a high frequency current from generating by connecting a RC circuit composed of a capacitor and a resistor in parallel to the power recovering coil for outputting a voltage from an electric power recovering capacitor. SOLUTION: When a current is flowing through an electric power recovering coil L and a switch S3 or a switch S4 is turned off, the current flowing through the power recovering coil L becomes instantaneously OA. Consequently, the changing amount of the current flowing through the power recovering coil L is very large. Then, a CR circuit 5 composed of the direct connection of a capacitor C1 and a resistor R1 is connected to the power recovering coil L in parallel. The CR circuit 5 is a circuit for connecting both ends of the power recovering coil L, absorbs an AC component generated on the both ends of the power recovering coil L and effectively absorbs a spike voltage at the time of turning off the switches S3, S4. Consequently, the deterioration of a withstand voltage in an EMI and the circuit parts is effectively prevented. |
