PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotation irregularity due to a shock caused when a cleaning blade is brought into contact or it is released from the contact, and to prevent soiling, on a transfer-material electrification means due to scatter of toner, by specifying the position of each of the rollers of a second image-carrying means and that of the cleaning blade. SOLUTION: A toner-image receiving body 14a is provided near or in contact with a photoreceptive drum 10. The drive roller 14d and the follower roller 14e are disposed further on the downstream and upstream sider, respectively, in the direction of the rotation of the toner-image receiving body 14a from the position where the toner-image receiving body 14a is near or in contact with the photoreceptive drum 10 and, further, the guide roller 14f is disposed further downstream in the direction of the rotation of the toner-image receiving body 14a than the follower roller 14e so that all of the rollers are in contact with the inside of the toner-image receiving body 14a which is in the form of a belt. A paper electrifier 150 is opposite the follower roller 14e, and a toner- image-receiving-body cleaning blade 141 is opposite the guide roller 14f. |
