PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a quick tracking return operation with high reliability and high accuracy while realizing a simple processing operation. SOLUTION: A drive control section 26 calculates a drive signal based on a beaconΔsignal and a newest drive signal is sequentially stored in a storage section 27. When the beacon signal is interrupted, the newest drive signal having been stored in the storage section 27 is read by the drive control section 26, 1st and 2nd electromagnetic coils 12a, 12b are driven based on the stored drive signal to execute rough tracking of a sub reflecting mirror 21. When the arrival of the beacon signal is again discriminated, a drive signal in response to a new beaconΔsignal is generated and the 1st and 2nd electromagnetic coils 12a, 12b are driven based on the drive signal so as to execute the tracking of the sub reflection mirror 21.
