PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and bend a lead of radial part simultaneously with one die, make an apparatus lightweight, and realize high-speed operation and simplification. SOLUTION: A radial part 13 is placed on the groove 2a for positioning radial part of a lower die 2. When an upper die 2 is pressed down from the upper side of the lower die 2 manually or by an actuator, a lead 13a of the radial part 13 is pressed down and fixed by a lead retainer 4, and it is seized and bent by the upper and lower dies 1 and 2. At the same time, a lead open pin 3 enters between two leads 13a of the radial part 13 from the upper side, and the lead 13a thereof is opened. The lead open pin 3 can be exchanged freely in a hole 1b for fixing pin and the opening quantity of the lead 13a can be changed easily. |
