摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and effectively prevent overcharge of a battery, by forbidding the operation of an electrical brake means on the basis of deceleration, and operating a mechanical brake means on the basis of the deceleration, when throttle operation and brake operation are not performed and a battery is in the fully charged state. SOLUTION: In the state of accelerator-off wherein throttle operation by a throttle sensor 6 and putting-on operation of a brake pedal are not performed, brake force corresponding to engine brake force is applied according to the running state of this time. That is, when throttle operation and brake operation are not performed and a battery 1 is in the fully charged state, brake force corresponding to engine brake force is mechanically applied via a negative pressure booster mechanism as mechanical brake according to deceleration, while regenerative brake by a motor 2, which is performed on the basis of deceleration in accordance with the number of revolution of the motor 2, is forbidden and overcharge of a battery 1 is prevented.
