PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely spread a trace liquid specimen all over the bottom part of a specimen vessel and enable dispensing, by starting the spouting of liquid specimen, in the state that the downstream side part of a specimen vessel aperture is positioned at a spouting position, viewed from the transfer direction of the specimen vessel. SOLUTION: The downstream side part of an aperture of a well 3 (specimen vessel) viewed from the transfer direction of a blood serum tray 2 is positioned at a sample spouting position S2. In this state, a dispensing means 8 and a transferring means (a conveyer belt 9 and a transferring motor 10) are controlled by a control means 7 so that the spouting of liquid specimen may be started. Since the vessel aperture is stopped at the downstream part to each well 3 and isolating injection is started, the specimen spreads effectively as far as corners of the downstream part. After that, the well 3 is transferred while the specimen is spouted, so that the specimen spreads effectively to the central part of the well 3, by the inertia acting on the specimen spouted during transferring and the stretching action of the specimen by a probe 13. The specimen spreads as far as the corners also in the upperstream side part of the well 3. |
