PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music data distributing system that can distribute simultaneously a new music to communication type KARAOKE (orchestration without lyrics) devices of the whole country and that is reduced in communication cost. SOLUTION: A distribution center 1 transmits music data of a new music to a television or broadcasting station 2. In the television broadcasting station, this music data is divided into blocks of nearly 200 bits, and they are incorporated in a horizontal scanning period of a vertical fly-back period of a video signal of television and transmitted. A KARAOKE device 4 is provide with a television tuner 3, separates the data block from a video signal of received television broadcasting, and can restore music data coupling these data blocks. When some data blocks are omitted, only the blocks are down-loaded from the distribution center 1 through a MODEM 5. |
