PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural language analyzing device that automatically generates, and adds and corrects an omitted element complementing rule for complementing omitted elements, by extracting omitted expressions of a source language and complementary elements of the omitted elements in a translated sentence of a target language. SOLUTION: An input sentence and an ideal translated sentence of the target language are read in through a translated sentence read-in part 1, an input sentence omitted element extraction part 52 is extracted omitted elements omitted from the input sentence, and a target language complementing element extraction part 53 extracts target language complementary elements complementing the omitted elements from the ideal translated sentence. On the basis of the extracted target language complementary elements, source language complementary element extraction part 54 extracts source language complementary elements and on the basis of omitted and complementary element pairs of the target language complementary elements and source language complementary elements, an omitted element complementing rule generation and alteration part 6 adds and alters the omitted element complementing rule. |
