Plastics slide track of bearer layer and superposed plastics slide layer

An adhesive layer (2) is interposed between the bearer layer (1) and the slide layer (3) and the track as such is made up of plates (4) and the adjoining narrow sides of the slide layer plates are fused together on the parting edges. The adhesive layer (2) is preferably 3-10 mm thick as is also the slide layer (3) and layer (2) is softer than the slide layer (3) and has a hardness from 15 to 40 1/10 measured by the penetration method. The adhesive layer should be comparatively soft and tacky and is made on a basis of hydrocarbon wax and synthetic polymers. The slide layer (3) is also based on these two materials and has a hardness of 5 to 10 1/10 found by the penetration method. The adhesive layer is poured onto the bearer layer (1) and the slide layer is then poured directly onto the adhesive layer once this (2) has cooled. The adhesive layer (2) is poured at 80-120 deg C and subsequently cooled down to 50 deg C, as compared with the slide layer (3) which is poured at 80-90 deg C. A plate for a track of this type is made up of the three specified layers.
