PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array-shaped ultrasonic probe for electronic scan reduced in electric crosstalk between respective vibrating elements. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibrator 2 is structured so as to separate a signal electrode 6 and a ground electrode 7 with a notched part L2 at one end of its rear side, and the top ends of signal line 9 and ground line 8 on a wiring board 10 forming these signal line 9 and ground line 8 with an insulator inbetween are respectively electrically connected to parts T1 and T2 of signal electrode 6 and ground electrode 7 corresponding to the notched part L2 of piezoelectric vibrator 2. The wiring board 10 is made into microstrip line configuration integrally constituting the ground line 8 and signal line 9 and the electric crosstalk between signal lines is reduced. |
