摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implant large-capacity cell by implanting viable cell in a matrix at the time of implantation or before the implantation, and using biocompatible material having a clearance space of a specified range for enabling exchange of ingesta and gas from a blood vessel as this matrix. SOLUTION: In cell implantation of surgical operation, first a matric which can be implanted on a layer of texture is selected, and one or more matric structure are implanted between creases of the texture in such a manner as to form the layer structutre. The matrix sheet structure used in here is a porous or fibrous biocompatible material having viable parenchy cell adhering in a clearance space ranging from 100 to 200 μm, on the matrix and in the matrix, and the thickness of the matrix structure is set ranging from 200 μm to 2 mm. As such matrix sheet structure material, cited are poly-lactic acid, polyglycol acid, polyortho ester, polyanhydride, collagen and so on.
