PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plastic tote bag which is simple in structure, easy in handling, and capable of being manufactured in a simple process with excellent productivity. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a tote bag, a strip-shaped film having the V-shaped gusset fold on each side edge with the inner fold line located in the vicinity of the center line and the smaller v-shaped gusset fold on two outer fold line parts of the respective V-shaped gusset folds is formed while a long tube-shaped plastic film 1 is transferred, the inner fold line of the V-shaped gusset fold is cut open to form two strip-shaped films having a smaller v-shaped gusset on each side edge, a heat insulation receiving base 8 is inserted between two strip-shaped films, a heat deposition blade 9 is pressed from each side of the receiving base 8 to deposit the outer gusset-folded film and the inner gusset-folded film for each width of a bag body by one set, and the cutting at the deposition line for each width of the bag body of a strip- shaped film, the cutting and the punching of finger holes at the position of the center line in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped film are performed. |
