PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy in the thickness of a film in its width direction by forming the film without causing an oxbow phenomenon. SOLUTION: A horizontal bending device 3, which is provided so as to be in contact with a last roll R6 or a roll R5 before the roll R6, a last bank B5 of a rolling calender roll being located between the roll R5 and the roll R6, to impart a press force, by means of a press roll, at a location perpendicular to a press down direction of a winding part of a molded material 8, is provided. And a thickness sensor 4 for a film 14 is provided downstream of a calender 2, and a predetermined press force is imparted to a press roll through a liquid- pressure servo valve 7 based on an arithmetic device 5 and its result of calculation to optionally vary a roll crown of the rolling calender roll. |
