PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well join radiator tubes, condenser tubes and fins across both tubes by constituting bars for fins partially clad with Al alloy brazing filler metals of brazing sheet parts having brazing filler metal layers in the transverse direction of these bars and bare sheet parts not having these brazing filler metal layers. SOLUTION: The partially clad bars used for the corrugated fins 50 consist of the brazing sheet parts 51A and the bare sheet parts 51B. The width of the bars, the sizes, etc., of the brazing sheet parts 51A and the bare sheet parts 51B are determined by the structure of a heat exchanger, the width, etc., of radiator tubes 11 and the condenser tubes 21. The heat exchanger integrated with the radiator cores and condenser cores is obtd. if the bars are combined and integrally brazed as the fins mating the bare sheet parts 51B with the radiator tube parts 11 and as fins mating the brazing parts 51A with the condenser tubes 21. |
