<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcohol drink having body feeling and a breadth of taste, refreshing, slaking thirst, and combinedly having a merit of an alcohol drink and an effect slaking thirst by water. SOLUTION: This alcohol drink has 0.1-12 v/v% alcohol concentration and contains a bitter substance and salts. The bitter substance may contain at least one kind selected from the group of bitter substances derived from caffeine, naringin, an extract of a wormwood, aβ-glucooligosaccharide and a hop. Sodium chloride and/or potassium chloride is a preferable example of the salts.</p> |
