PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminate having excellent near infrared ray cutting ability and electromagnetic wave shielding properties for the purposes of low reflectivity, high transparency, weather resistance, environmental resistance and heat insulation effects and preventing erroneous operation of a peripheral electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In the transparent laminate comprising a transparent thin film layer B and adjacent layer C such as a transparent protective layer, transparent adhesive layer or adhesive layer formed on one main surface of a transparent base A in the order of the layers A, B and C, in a wavelength range of 500 to 600 nm,|(xa -xe )+i(ya -ye )|defined by an end point Ye =xs +iye arriving by laminating the layer B of admittance trace at a stating point of admittance ys =xs +iys of the base A and admittance Y=xa +iya is less than 0.4.
