PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an outer peripheral sleeve having improved oxidation resis tance by adding a specific ratio of the silicone denatured phenolic resin obtd. by adding hexamethylene tetramine to a compsn. prepd. by bringing an alkenyl group-contg. epoxylated novolak resin and organopolysiloxane into addition reaction and pulverizing this compsn. as a binder to compounded raw materials for producing the outer peripheral sleeve. SOLUTION: The examples of the alkenyl group-contg. epoxy novolak resin include the compds. of formulas I to III. In the formulas 1<=p<=10, 1<=q<=3. The organopolysiloxane which has one piece of SiH in one molecule suffices; for example, formulas IV, V. The silicone denatured phenolic resin is added as the binder to the compounded raw materials for producing the outer peripheral sleeve at 0.5 to 10 wt.% in outer percentage. The mixture is kneaded and press molded and after the curing treatment of the resin is executed in a temp. region of about 30 to 1,000 deg.C, the molding is calcined at a temp. region of about 1,000 to 1,600 deg.C. As a result, the outer peripheral sleeve having the higher service life is obtd. |
