PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having promoting action on maturity of digestive tract by including RNA and a polyamine. SOLUTION: This composition contains preferably 1-200 mg of RNA based on 100 g solid of the composition and preferably 10-2,000 μg of a polyamine. The polyamine is preferably at least two or more selected from the group consisting of spermine, spermidine, putrescine and cadaverine. Preferably the composition comprises 10-90% of spermine, 10-90% of spermidine, 0-90% of putrescine and 0-20% of cadaverine. |
