An immunogen-containing mini-capsule which contains an immunogen for immunizing humans or animals, having a plural-layer structure comprising an immunogen-containing core layer, and shell layers for coating the core layer, the outermost shell layer at least being composed of an intestine-soluble material having shape-retaining ability for retaining the spherical structure at room temperature, and which is useful as a safe and stable oral vaccine for humans and animals.
