The device comprises two transmitters (10,20), each having an identity number, transmitting a signal containing this number and an instruction. A receiver (30) is capable of extracting this number and instruction. A processing unit comprises a memory (31) which at least stores the identity numbers. A microprocessor (43) works in an operational mode in which it executes the received order, and in a recording mode in which is records the identity number of the transmitter. A further device (14,24) for putting the microprocessor into recording mode is associated with the transmitter and receiver system.
