<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laying and removing cables which achieves the smooth pulling of cables inside a laying pipe. SOLUTION: Using water solution as a traction route, a cable 16 is pulled from one end side to the other end side of a pipe line via cable guiding rollers 12. A series of process is repeated of making the pulled-in cable 16 stationary in the cable stationary parts formed in a damming plate 11 for instance. Then, the water solution inside the pipe line is discharged to lay the cable 16 and to reduce the resistance inside a laying pipe remarkably when the cable is pulled.</p> |
