摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase intervals between parts on the side of downstream and easily transfer and eject parts in a single row by maintaining the transfer number of parts per unit time to a prescribed value and increasing transfer speed of parts in a vibration feeder on the side of downstream. SOLUTION: In a plurality f linear vibration feeder groups A which are serially connected, each linear vibration feeder is installed in each table lifter and the transfer number of parts is commonly set to 22/min. At the downstream end of a V-shaped groove 53 of a transfer path which is installed in a main body 51 of a second linear vibration feeder 2, for instance, a parts detection sensor counting the transfer number of parts is provided. Electric power in which the frequency is increased and decreased according to a difference of the transfer number based on the counting of the parts detection sensor and a set value is supplied to a vibration motor imparting linear vibration to the main body 51, the set value is maintained and transfer speed is set to 3 m/min. The transfer speed of a third just before vibration feeder 3 which is located at just downstream and is almost the same is determined for 6 m/min. and parts are transferred by increasing intervals of parts on downstream side.</p>
