摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detecting method in which the generation of a partial discharge caused by an insulation defect inside a gas-insulated apparatus is judged so as to reduce a misjudgment due to the influence of a noise from the outside. SOLUTION: In a place in which the impedance of a bus part inside a gas- insulated apparatus becomes discontinuous, a resonance frequency (f) which excites standing waves resonated by the reflection of electromagnetic waves due to a partial discharge and a spectrum intensity BGf at the frequency are found so as to be registered. (Step ST11) The frequency of the electromagnetic waves detected inside the gas-insulated apparatus is measured. (Steps ST12, ST13) The agreement of the measured frequency with every registered frequency is judged. (Step ST14) When the agreement is judged, a spectrum intensity Gf at the frequency is measured. (Step ST15) The measured spectrum intensity Gf is compared with the registered spectrum intensity BGf. (Step ST16) The generation of the partial discharge is judged on the basis of a compared result.</p>
