<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by imparting the checking function of output signals to a software operator device. SOLUTION: When a touch panel 1 is touched, finger insertion interruption 2 is received by a touch panel reception processing 101 while the touch continues and an up start flag 4 is continuously turned to an ON state (ST2). For an up processing, when the up start flag is turned on, an up signal output processing is executed (ST12), and after the execution of the processing, the up start flag is turned off (ST13). While conventionally the up start flag is turned off by finger pull-out interruption signals generated when the finger is pulled out from the touch panel, in this device, the up start flag is turned off even in the case that the finger pull-out interruption signals are lost and malfunctions are not generated.</p> |
