THREE-DIMENSIONAL RUNNING ANIMATION IMAGE CREATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively designate a passing point on a two-dimensional visible screen and to set a running path on a surface of a three-dimensional shape to create a three-dimensional running animation image. SOLUTION: A visible three-dimensional image in a given three-dimensional form is displayed on the screen of a CRT device 4A by using three-dimensional image data B based on implicit-surface processing through Z-buffer algorithm, an inputting part 5 inputs a two-dimensional coordinate of the passing point of a running path on the display screen and creates continuous three-dimensional running animation images so as to run on the running path. With this, a user directly designates a passing point at which a vehicle travels on a terrain surface and a road surface which are made visible by computer graphics.
