The invention concerns compounds of formula (I): in which in particular: R1 represents an alkyl or arylalkyl radical; X-Y represents CH-CH2, N-CH2, C=CH or NCH2CH2; n represents a whole number between 2 and 10; Z represents O or NH; Ar represents an aromatic radical such as a phenyl or a naphthyl; R2 represents a linear or branched alkyl radical comprising 1 to 6 carbon atoms. The invention is useful as medicine, in particular as selective antagonists of human 5-HT1A, 5-HT1D and 5-HT1B receptors.
