PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device constituted so that toner is not fused on a photoreceptor or the fusion of the toner is suppressed by using developer provided with the specified toner including binding resin and coloring agent and hydrophobic inorganic fine powder. SOLUTION: The image forming device is constituted of a photoreceptor drum 1 being the body to be electrified for carrying an electrostatic charge image, a contact type electrifying member 2 being the contact type electrifying means brought into contact with the drum 1 and set for electrifying the drum 1 and a developing means for developing the electrostatic charge image carried by the drum 1. Then, the developing means is provided with the developer having the toner including at least the binding resin and the coloring agent and the hydrophobic inorganic fine powder. Besides, the toner is provided with such size distribution that 17-60 and several number % of toner grains whose volume average size is 4-8μm and whose grain size is <=5μm, 5-50 and several number % of toner grains whose grain size is 6.35-10.08μm and the toner of 2.0 volume % or under whose grain size is >=12.7μm are included.
