PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of an optical axis direction as much as possible in a vibrationproofing lens device constituted so that three frames of the fixed frame, the moving frame and the lens frame are superimposed in the optical axis direction. SOLUTION: The lens frame 60 holding a vibrationproofing lens 70 is arranged between the fixed frame 20 and the moving frame 40. The frame 20 is provided with a driving rod 34 driven in an axial direction by a piezoelectric element 32 and a driven shaft 36 in parallel. The frame 40 is provided with a moving body part 48 frictionally coupled to the rod 34 and an engagement part 49 freely slidably engaged with the shaft 36. Then, the frame 40 is supported by the frame 20 so that it can be driven in a first direction X being a right angle with an optical axis. Besides, a supporting and a driving mechanisms for supporting the frame 60 with respect to the frame 40 so that the frame 60 can be driven in a second direction Y being the right angle with the optical axis are arranged at a position deviated by 90 deg. from a similarly constituted supporting and driving mechanisms between the frame 20 and the frame 40 and in parallel with in the optical axis direction Z. |
