The main body (6) is a box-like structure from which the lamp bracket (2) projects, held against the wall by screws (16) in two fixing holes (15). A side opening, under a sprung flap (17), gives access to a socket connector. Underneath this section, a moulded mounting-bracket (8) is fixed e.g. by adhesive to an extended back-plate (7). This board carries a cut-out or circuit-breaker (25) and a sheath grip (26) for the incoming supply cable, enclosed by a moulded lift-up cover (9). The cover, similar in cross-section to the main body, is hinged to it by two eyes (30) engaging in pivots (20) projecting from its lower front corners, and secured, when closed, by a screw (32) driven into a threaded boss (27), moulded on the mounting-board. |
