PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the information printed by an ink jet printer on a recording medium having a surface layer corresponding to this ink jet printer from being blurred by humidity or water drops by spraying transparent lacquer on the surface layer printed by the ink jet printer. SOLUTION: The surface of the optical recording medium is provided with the hydrophilic surface layer. The hydrophilic surface layer is provided to sufficiently absorb and fix the ink of the ink jet printer and is made particularly of a UV curing resin contg. org. fillers and inorg. fillers or their mixture having water absorptivity and/or oil absorptivity. The surface of the hydrophilic surface layer is printed with the contents of the digitally recorded information on the optical recording medium and the image information, etc., such as original designs, by the ink jet printer. The transparent lacquer is sprayed on the printed hydrophilic surface layer. As a result, the information display having good water resistance and improved fixability of the ink is executed. |
