PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with which the jobs of members in an organized body can be smoothly and systematically processed and the jobs can be smoothly investigated, analyzed and designed. SOLUTION: A filing device 15 stores a picture definition data file F1 defining a picture for input, slip definition data file F2 defining a slip having plural input items and business rule data file F3 for storing business rules while relating them with this slip and its input items. When an operator inputs data while selecting any picture and slip, it is discriminated whether the input data are matched with the business rules or not. When they are not matched, it is reported and the relevant rules are displayed. Since the business rule data file F3 and the other program part are made in separate file structure, when changing rules, it is dealt with only by adjusting business rules. |
