<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive resin compsn. having water developability in spite of low swellability with water, a slight reduction of strength and a slight dimensional change by incorporating a specified particle-shaped copolymer, a block copolymer, a photopolymerizable unsatd. monomer and a photopolymn. initiator. SOLUTION: This water developable photosensitive resin compsn. contains a particle-shaped copolymer contg. 10-95mol.% monomeric units of aliphatic conjugated diene, 0.1-30mol.% monomeric units each having one polymerizable unsatd. group and at least one kind of functional group such as amino and 0.1-20mol.% monomeric units each having at least two polymerizable unsatd. groups as repeating units, a block copolymer contg. one kind of polymer segment represented by formula, I or II, a photopolymerizable unsatd. monomer and a photopolymn. initiator. In the formulae I, II, each of A<1> -A<4> is a divalent group derived from a compd. such as 1-12C alkane and each of X and Y is an integer of 2-100.</p> |
