摘要 <p>A driving motor to rotate a whole conveyor robot is reduced in size. The conveyor robot consists of first and second parallel link mechanisms (22a, 22b, 23a, 23b) in which driver side links (31a, 31b, 36a, 36b) and driven side links (32a, 32b, 37a, 37b) are configured in parallel and has at least one pair of robot link mechanisms (B1, B2) provided with transfer pedestals (24a, 24b) on the tip side short links of the second parallel link mechanism, wherein the driven side links (32a, 32b) of the first parallel link mechanisms (22a, 22b) of each robot link mechanism are connected to a rotating arm (30) fixed at one end to a driving shaft (25a) ; the driving side links (31a, 31b) of each first parallel link mechanism are fixed to driving shafts (25a, 25b); these driving shafts are arranged coaxially; and driving motors (29a, 29b, 29c) are respectively connected to these driving shafts.</p>
