Expansion connector for hot water pipe

The expansion connector (1) has flange connections (2,3) at each end to connect into a pipe hot water supply. The central section of the connector has an expansion chamber (6) which dilates under pressure without increasing the length of the connector. The expansion section is sprung radially inwards. It has no trapped voids on the inside of the pipe and different wall thickness along its length.
