The control components for the vehicle are located on the centrally disposed support plate(12) which is connected to the mounting by a radially aligned housing(13). The mounting has a socket(14) for a locking cylinder(15). The mounting is made of a synthetic material or a light metal or alloy which may contain magnesium or aluminium. The wall of the lock socket, at least sectionally, has metal reinforcing elements built into the synthetic material.
