A slide with a wedge-shaped end works in a body secured to the drawer, and slides between the latter and a rail. It contains rack teeth with which the toothed actuating component (6) meshes. The toothed actuating component turns on an axis (9) parallel to the plane (10) in which the slide (5) travels. The slide can be of channel-section, with one flange containing the rack teeth and the wedge-shaped end (7), while the other contains a lengthwise slot, in which the actuating component is guided or held. The component can be formed by a pinion, part of whose periphery protrudes above the slide. Its protruding portion can have coarser teeth than that meshing with the rack teeth. |
