PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit visual recognition of contents of visible information recorded at the time of at least the preceding writing processing and enable the transaction contents to be easily ascertained or invisible information to be easily reproduced. SOLUTION: After printing data are once written onto all recording regions 23a-23j at a heat-sensitive recording portion 23 of a magnetic card 21, the recording region 23b, which is an object of printing processing this time, is made blank by erasing processing performed at the time of the preceding transaction, and printing data to be written this time can be written onto the recording region 23b. Further, since the recording region 23c in the next line of the recording region 23b which is the object of the printing processing performed this time is made blank by the erasing processing performed this time, the recording region onto which printing data are written at the time of the subsequent transaction can be secured. |
