PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare easily a small amount of confidential documents by a method wherein a strong pressure sensitive adhesive l layer is provided on one side surface of a transparent synthetic resin sheet, a release paper is superimposed thereon, a repeatedly releasable pressure sensitive adhesive layer is provided on the other side surface, and the release paper is superimposed thereon. SOLUTION: A strong pressure sensitive adhesive layer 1 is provided onto a side surface of a transparent synthetic resin sheet 2, and a repeatedly releasable pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3 is provided to the other surface. That is, repeatedly releasable pressure sensitive adhesive is applied by 20g/m<2> dry coating amount with an air knife coater as the repeatedly releasable pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3 on one side surface of a polyethyleneterephthalate film of 20μm thickness. After drying, the repeatedly releasable pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3 is provided by sticking release paper thereto. Besides, strong pressure sensitive adhesive is applied to the opposed surface of the repeatedly releasable pressure sensitive adhesive layer 3 as the strong pressure sensitive adhesive layer 1 with the air knife coater so as to obtain 25g/m<2> dry coating amount. After drying, it is stuck to release paper to obtain the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet. By superimposing the strong pressure sensitive adhesive layer on recording paper on which confidential information is recorded, a repeatedly releasable document can be easily prepared.
