PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flatness of a metal member by molding a molding of a first part by a uniaxial pressure molding process, providing the metal member on its surface, and then similarly molding a second part thereon. SOLUTION: Ceramic raw material is charged in a mold 9, an upper punch 11 and a lower punch 10, and uniaxially pressure molded to mold a molding 12A of a first part. Then, a metal electrode 4 is provided thereon, and ceramic raw material 13 is charged thereon. It is again uniaxially pressure molded to mold a molding 14 of a second part as a preform 17. First, the molding 12A having relatively small thickness is formed, and since this easily provides strength and density durable against the molding pressure of the molding 14 in the entire molding 12A, the molding 12A is scarcely deformed at the later time of molding. Therefore, the electrode 4 is not deformed, and its flatness is improved. And, when a thickness of the first part is set to 1.0, a thickness of the second part is, for example, set to 10 or less. |
