PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a governor device for internal combustion engine for working machinery, which is provided with a function for automatically canceling the overload condition of an internal combustion engine for driving a working device and a traveling device for traveling the working device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a current detecting unit 9 for detecting the driving current of an actuator 7 for operating a fuel supplied adjusting leans 6 for internal combustion engine 1, and the output of the current detecting unit 9 is given to an overload judging unit 10 so as to be judged whether the overload condition is generated or not. In the case where the overload condition is generated, the load reducing signal having a constant time interval is generated from a load reducing signal output circuit 11, and during the time when the load reducing signal is generated, a motive power transmitting mechanism 3 is controlled by the load reducing device 12, and traveling speed of the traveling device 2 is lowered so as to reduce a load to be applied from the traveling device 2 side to the internal combustion engine 1.
