PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set different codes according to operation within a range of operation by a method wherein a condition to perform setting of a code according to operation is easily realized at a manufacturing stage and determined such that realization is difficult to make the using state of a user. SOLUTION: A state change-over switch 22 has a common contact connected to the output of a code receiving part 21. A code deciding part 23 decides that a code received by the code receiving part 21 coincides with a code stored at a code memory part 25. In a code stored at a code memory part 25, a code received by the code receiving part 21 is stored as a code for an own system in a registration state that an individual contact (b) of the state change over switch 22 is connected to a common contact. In ordinary operation, a signal is outputted to each part of an automobile from an operation set part 24 such that predetermined operation is performed. Further, the change-over switch 22 is arranged in a casing and the switch is usually brought into a state that operation from the outside is impossible. |
