PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembly workability of the door glass run for an automobile. SOLUTION: In a door glass run 3 with a nearly U shape section in which mold lips 34a, 34b are formed on the tips of both side-walls 32a, 32b and both side-walls 22a, 22b of a channel 2 formed on a door frame 1 are inserted and assembled between the mold lips 34a, 34b and the side walls 32a, 32b facing to this, a thin guide lip 35 extended from this tip which can tear up a root 351 is formed on the tip of the mold lip 34b in the side in which the side wall 22b of the channel 1 is inserted from the back and the guide lip 35 is made to a guide surface when the side wall 22b is inserted and the guide lip 35 is torn up and removed from its root 351 after a door glass run assembly. |
