<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high definition reproducing picture and reproducing sound irrespective of its own recording, other source recording, an SP mode and an EP mode under tracking control of a magnetic recording and reproducing device. CONSTITUTION:Signals from rotary video heads 4a and 4b, rotary hi-fi video heads 40a and 40b and FLE/video shared heads 106a and 106b are envelope- detected by envelope detecting circuits 23, 44 and 101. Based on a synthesized envelope signal obtained by synthesizing the individual envelope signals, the tracking control is performed.</p> |
