PURPOSE:To produce a polyfructan having a high molecular weight in high yield at a high rate in reacting a conidium of Aspergillus.sydowi with sucrose and producing the polyfructan. CONSTITUTION:The objective polyfructan is produced by adopting the addition of L-cysteine to a reactional medium and/or the use of a buffer solution at a high concentration as enzymic reactional conditions and further optional use of ultrasonic treatment in combination. |
