PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent image formed product of which a security level is raised. SOLUTION: A fluorescent image formed product having at least one fluorescent image formed layer 4 and at least one visible light absorption layer 2 on a base material 1 is constituted as follows: the fluorescent image formed layer 4 contains a first phosphor emitting fluorescence of a wavelength within a first visible light area with irradiation of a first wavelength ultraviolet radiation, and a second phosphor emitting fluorescence of a wavelength within a second visible light area different from the wavelength of the first visible light area with irradiation of a second wavelength ultraviolet radiation, and is substantially transparent to visual light: the visual light absorption layer 2 is formed on at least either side of an upside or a downside of the fluorescent image formed layer 4, and has different absorption characteristics or transmission characteristics to the light of the wavelength within the first visible light area and the light of the wavelength within the second visible light area.
