PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a demand for high dimensional accuracy of a cylindrical part by forming a vulcanized mold by integrally performing vulcanizing molding on a rubber elastic body together with a main shaft metal fitting and an intermediate metal fitting, and fitting, installing and fixing an installing member so that an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part is directly brought into close contact with an outer peripheral surface of only a rubber seal part of its vulcanized mold. SOLUTION: A vulcanized mold is formed by integrally performing vulcanizing molding on a rubber elastic body 3 together with a main shaft metal fitting 1, an intermediate metal fitting 2 and a stopper member 5, and the main shaft metal fitting 1 and the intermediate metal fitting 2 are intergrally connected to each other. The intermediate metal fitting 2 is embedded inside the rubber elastic body 3, and is fitted and installed by pressing a cylindrical part 41 to the outside of this rubber elastic body 3, and an installing member 4 is fixed so that an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part 41 is directly brought into close contact with an outer peripheral surface of only a rubber seal part 31 of the rubber elastic body 3. Therefore, a demand for high dimensional accuracy of the cylindrical part 41 can be avoided, and manhours can be reduced, and a cost can be reduced. |
