The medicine case is carried in emergency vehicles and has an integrated temperature control unit or is attached the a wall- mounted temperature controlled housing in the vehicle from which it may be readily removed for use. The medicine cabinet (10) is carried in a temperature control unit (11) in the emergency vehicle to prevent deterioration of the contents due to weather conditions and comprises a housing (12) with trays (13,14) carrying the medical components and are held by linkages to pivot points (15). Doors (16,17) swing about the outside edges of the trays and open up 180 degrees. The temperature control unit may also be integrated with the case.
