The house comprises at least a double-layered member with relatively large gaps which are not statically pressure-loaded. The floors are made of a solid base layer and a soft top layer. The house has a solid fire-resistant wall which has soft layers which are detachably fixed piece-by-piece and alternately to the solid wall between the separated buildings. The house has a solid outside wall which is combined with a soft inside layer.
