Communications traffic handling method for mobile terminal in fixed and mobile networks

The method involves at least one home service database (HSP) in the fixed network (PSTN/ISDN) for receiving the mobile device's service profile and the valid subscriber number for the mobile network. The home service database and the home database (HLR) of the mobile network (PLMN) refer to each other using pointers, and can correspond via the central pulse channel (SS7N). The home service database and home database indicate to each other the detection of the presence of the mobile device in their network, in which the call propagation is prevented in the destination network, and allowed in the source network. The database in the destination network requires the mobile device's service profile to match the valid handling protocol in its own network for the individual services, at least for a temporary change in the database in the source network.
